Annual Accompaniment Package
Initial 3-day audit with the people involved in the project for an initial assessment and identification of areas for improvement, tools to be put in place, activity and performance indicators as well as the definition of the expected monitoring and performance plan

+ 1 day per month (10 months) in the field or in a company with reporting and monitoring of activity indicators with corrective actions
+ 1 day per quarter dedicated to the review of performance indicators with corrective actions
+ 1 day per semester of staff review and preparation of evaluation or mid-year interviews and individual development plans.

Estimated annual costs for comprehensive support:
• Initial 3-day audit with proposal of the annual action and support plan
• 10 field or company days
• 4 days of performance review
• 2 days of workforce reviews, development plan development, employee engagement measurement
