Passionate about team management and performance development, I have deployed my energy and skills throughout my career within large international groups:

Lifescan - Becton Dickinson –Össur/Gibaud – Coloplast

These experiences as a salesperson, sales director, Business Unit director have taught me that committed employees are a source of emulation, business development, company growth and profitability.

It is also the best showcase for attracting new talent and retaining them.

I also see on a daily basis that a structured activity is a guarantee of efficiency. However, the establishment of this structure should not diminish the desire to undertake, to innovate, to act.

I am now putting my experience, my commitment, my knowledge and skills acquired in these large international groups for the benefit of managers and companies on a human scale who wish to continue their development and growth while maintaining their agility, spontaneity and commitment to their collaborators.

The objective will be achieved through initial analysis, advice and implementation of tools for monitoring activities, performance and employee engagement usually dedicated to large groups, with greater agility and monitoring thanks to to my regular presence within your company throughout the year.

I also continue my commercial development actions for the benefit of partner companies and remain available alongside companies calling on me for my more specific expertise in the Medical Devices markets.
